All subscriptions are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. Local pricing in your country is shown on the App Store at the moment of purchase, and Apple may apply local VAT or sales tax in addition to the prices above.
SkinCloud subscriptions are auto-renewing in-app purchases. Apple charges your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and again 24 hours before each renewal. You can change tier or cancel any time from Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS.
The Plus monthly plan offers a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple enforces eligibility — the trial is available once per Apple ID.
Upgrades (e.g. Starter → Plus) take effect immediately and Apple prorates the difference. Downgrades (e.g. Plus → Starter) take effect at the end of the current paid period.
Your photos and patient records are not deleted. You keep full read access to everything you have already captured. You will not be able to upload new photos until you re-subscribe or fall back under your tier's limit.
Refund requests are processed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. SkinCloud cannot issue refunds directly.
For the full legal terms, see Subscription Terms.
Original clinical photos uploaded to SkinCloud — one count per photo, regardless of how many sessions reference it. Thumbnails do not count separately. Deleted photos free up cap space.
Existing photos remain accessible. Uploads are paused until you upgrade your tier or delete enough photos to drop below the cap.

Apple collects local VAT or sales tax on top of the listed prices and remits it to local tax authorities. The exact total is shown on your receipt at the moment of purchase.
Apple issues an itemized receipt for every charge. Whether it's deductible in your jurisdiction is between you and your accountant — but yes, most clinicians treat clinical software subscriptions as a business expense.
